Cazoo has responded to requests from dealer partners to add WhatsApp functionality to its mobile website and app, enabling car buyers to communicate directly with retailers via the popular messaging service.
Free for dealers and available now, the addition of WhatsApp is expected to deliver fast response times as retailers will be able to access customer messages on their mobile phones.
Car buyers using the service can continue conversations by asking follow-up questions, while keeping the full message history in one place.
